November 2007 Seminar DVD

The November 2007 seminar is now available on DVD. This DVD contains all three days of Randy Bonifay sensei's instruction, including jo and tanto defenses, grabs, and a review of how to manipulate uke's body and control their center, from head to toe!

Bonus material is also included on this DVD: an interview with Bonifay sensei! We put together some questions ranging from sensei's interest in aikido, to working with Sosa sensei, and others, as a start to documenting your lineage.

DVDs will NOT be shipped to Burnsville or Hudson locations. Instead, we will arrange to have them brought to the Hudson or Burnsville dojos as needed. If you are located elsewhere, provide your shipping information and we will send to you within 2 weeks.
